We recently booked a room at the blue house beach hotel on Jomtien beach. The picture on agoda shows a beautiful sea view room for 700 thai baht. This was suppose to be a 61% discount. When we arrived at the hotel and went to are room I was shocked. The room was the size of a match box. We had to stack are suitcases on top of each other just to walk in the room. Also Breakfast was another big surprise , we were served 1 egg and 2 pieces of toast . I could not believe They had the nerve to serve us that for a breakfast. Ray

Family friendly Beach Hotel

Welcoming staff, family friendly hotel. We traveled with three kids under ten years old and soon made friends with the staff and their family. The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach - you can hear the waves at night from the sea view family room. The sea is a little greenish - but the sand is clean and seafood is awesome everywhere.The room rates were very competitive and the location is far away enough from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, while being on the song-tail circuit - so travelling to the city is no big problem. All in all good family choice and we'll be back this weekend.

ตั้งแต่เคยจองพักต่างจังหวัดมาที่นี่นับว่าเสียความรู้สึกมากที่สุด ก่อนจองที่พักได้ดูข้อมูลในอินเตอร์เน็ตประกอบจึงตัดสินใจเลือก ด้วยทำเลและราคา แต่ผิดหวังมากๆ จากการให้บริการของพนักงานทุกคนที่นี่ มีการเรียกเก็บเงินประกันโดยไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า การพูดจาและกิริยาท่าทางไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่ได้ยินคำว่า "ขอบคุณ" ตั้งแต่เข้าพักจนกระทั่งเช็คเอ้า ที่พักเก่าและไม่สะอาดตามที่โฆษณา ห้องมาตรฐานแคบกว่าที่เคยพัก ผ้าปูที่นอนมีคราบ ผ้าห่มก็บางมาก ห้องที่พักไม่มีผ้าม่านกั้นในห้องน้ำ ที่แขวนผ้าชำรุด เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก็เก่ามาก แต่ผิดหวังกับการบริการที่แย่ที่สุด พัทยาเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวควรให้บริการดีกว่านี้ อายนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ และไม่แนะนำให้ใครมาพักที่นี่ และส่วนตัวคงไม่มาใช้บริการอีก

Das Haus ist sehr angenehm Ruhig in den Zimmern, sehr sauber, sehr Aufmerksames Personal (besonders eine Dame am Empfang nahm sich die Zeit mir mehrere Zimmer zu zeigen,sehr nett und sehr gutes Englisch), das Zimmer:Standard: Im Bad nur 1 Steckdose am falschen Platz, nur 2 Badetücher-keins fürs Gesicht bzw. Füße,kein Badvorleger, kein wasserkocher, WiFi nur in der Lobby-nicht auf den Zimmern. Zimmer nicht sehr groß, nur mit Bett, Nachttisch, Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Schrank. Steckdosen ausreichend. Einen Garten od. sonstiges gibt es nicht. Den hat es vor dem Neubau Rückwärtig gegeben. Bin hier 2 Wochen, würde es wieder nehmen , aber nur für ein paar Tage, ausser ich bekomme ein Zimmer in der Front mit Balkon, die sind aber meist Langzeitvermietet. Das Frühstück ist incl., 1 Ei, 2 Toast, 1 Butter, 1 kl.Kofitüre, Kaffee soviel man mag zum selbermachen (Instantkaffee,Trockenmilch).
